1. Return Period – 3 Days:
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products.
2. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
A product opening video is required without cut and pause.
Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
Items must not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Returns must include all original accessories and documentation.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at cs@veronicastyle.com or call our customer care at +91 635 358 5357. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.
4. Exchange:
Exchange is available for eligible products. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and specify your desire for an exchange. We will assist you in selecting a replacement product.
5. Return Charge
For each return, a return charge of 300 Indian Rupees will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Refund Process:
The refund process will be initiated within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
7. Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
The product meets the eligibility criteria for return.
The return is initiated within the specified return period.
The product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
8. Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us at cs@veronicastyle.com or call our customer care. Once the order is processed, cancellation may not be possible.
